Gladiator Property Development did an absolutely outstanding job on our patio and retaining wall, and the fire pit they built completely transformed our outdoor space. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and overall quality of work exceeded our expectations. Gavin, the owner, is truly top-notch. He’s professional, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable, and he made the entire process smooth from start to finish. He listened to our ideas, offered great suggestions, and delivered exactly what he promised—on time and with no surprises. Gladiator Property Development did an exceptional job creating a new planting bed under existing mature pine trees & adding new plants, some of which were quite large. They created an instant screen from the road & added ornamental plants to an existing bed. They also cleaned up, filled in low areas, inspected existing drainage pipes & added decorative gravel around the house foundation. I plan to continue working with them on future projects including a new driveway, stone wall, & a stone pad for a new shed. I would not hesitate to recommend Gladiator for any job large or small. There are many positives to share about this company but one of the best is their customer service practices. Their communication is extremely responsive & timely as I was kept informed of everything they did, before, during & after the jobs were completed. Thanks Gladiator for a job well done!!

Gavin and his team did a phenomenal job building our new patio! He built an awesome fire pit in the middle and added lighting all around. I finally want to hangout in my back yard again! It’s not everyday that you get a company that does such quality work, is on time, is faster than I expected, priced well, and super friendly. 5 stars isn’t enough.
